Agile Enterprise Architecture makes use of many of the principles of the Agile movement; agility, feedback and collaboration that the Agile Software Development uses. However there are various concepts that AgileEA suggest, which when taken in the context of Agile Software Development might at first seem to contradict the concept of ‘Agile’. This leads to the possibility of people misunderstanding the AgileEA concepts and dismissing these concepts.
This paper once complete and published here, will seek to clarify the similarities and differences, with reasons justifying why these differences exist.
